Registration 

To be able to purchase any of the products shown at www.lovelo.shop you will need to register and you must be legally qualified according to the Spanish Legal System

 

When you register your details online, you are required to make sure that this information is accurate, current, and a true representation of your personal details.

Ordering 

With the purchase of products, by clicking on the "buy" button you make a binding purchase offer. Before sending the binding order, you can review at any time the order data (goods, quantity, price, shipping, and payment method) and, if applicable, modify it. The ordering process can be canceled at any time by departing from it.

Orders on the site are subject to the required stock availability. Items added to your basket on the site will not be reserved for you, and are available for sale to other customers browsing the online store at the same time.

The confirmation of the payment of the order is made with an automatic email immediately after the sending of the order, not implying the acceptance of the offer by LOVELO.

If by computer error there are any errors in the prices, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

Pricing 

For customers within the European Union, the prices indicated are the final prices. They contain the relevant taxes, in particular VAT and all other price components. Shipping costs will be detailed separately on the invoice.

For customers outside the EU, all prices listed are understood as net prices. The determining criterion is the delivery address.

The price also includes transport and packaging costs. The buyer pays the difference per postage which may vary depending on the value of the order and the place to which it should be shipped, with consideration of a possible delivery surcharge in a remote area.

Possible tariffs, taxes, and other charges (for international shipments and those to the Canary Islands) are not included in the price of the item or in the shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer*.

*Including purchases from the United Kingdom as of 31 October 2019 (Brexit)

If the buyer refuses to pay these charges and requests the return of the order, we will refund its value less than the cost of shipping and return.

Shipping 

Payment & order acceptance 

Payment will be made through any of the following means:

Purchases by credit or debit card; the user must provide the name of the cardholder, the number, the expiration date, and the CVV.

All information will be processed through the bank's POS.

By submitting your order on our site, you are confirming that the credit/debit card is yours or that you have authority from the cardholder to make the payment.

We reserve the right to refuse payments & orders for customers who are not 18 years of age or older.

Your payment and order will only be deemed as final when the final payment is taken on dispatch of your goods. We reserve the right to refuse any payments or cancel orders at our own discretion.

E-Vouchers 

E-vouchers cannot be bought using a discount or promotional codes, and cannot be purchased with another E-voucher.

If an order value is greater than the value of the E-voucher, the difference must be paid by credit/debit card.

E-vouchers must be redeemed within six months of purchase and any unused balance will not be refunded or credited after such time.

Returns & Exchanges 

Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt. Remember the returned product must be in 'as new' condition, unworn, and in its original packaging with labels attached.

 

For returns follow these easy steps:

  1. Send us an e-mail

  2. Circle the item(s) that you're returning on the invoice, and write down the reason for returning.

  3. If the delivery address is different/ incorrect, please provide a new/correct one on the returned invoice

IMPORTANT: When returning a package please get proof of postage (or use a ‘Signed For' service) as regrettably, we can't accept responsibility for items that don´t reach us.

COSTS If we’ve made a mistake the costs will be paid by LOVELO

If was a ‘lapse ‘ from the buyer´s the costs must be paid by the buyer.
